Return / Exchange Policy
Returns in 5 days within the receipt of product, except the following:
- Gift Certificates
- Items that have been used
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
- Any item received by us in a damaged condition.
- Items sourced or delivered outside India.
- Special Sale
We take stringent measures to ensure that the items delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:
- the item may be damaged during transit
- or there might be a manufacturing defect
- or that a wrong item is delivered to you
In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of an item is made within the stipulated time frame as given below.
Refunds are only made in terms of a Store Credit.
Store Credit will be shared once the order is picked up from the customer.
Each order is eligible for a return only once. Orders placed using a Store Credit are not eligible for any Returns or Refunds.
Misprints and colour differences from website images are not considered damaged products. We only sell handcrafted products and these are all signs of authenticity.
The company holds the authority to make the final decision in any case.
No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed, except for the reasons given above.
Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.
In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at ekisha.commerce@gmail.com, within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
If the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the courier agency.
In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery.
The customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the courier agency, so that our team at ekisha.co.in may inspect the same, so as to avoid such occurrences in the future.
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the ekisha.co.in regarding the same.
The email should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery.
Please Note that Our team at ekisha.co.in will examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s emails.
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then ekisha.co.in shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, at the cost of the customer. In the rare circumstances when the original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, Ekisha.co.in may use plain fabric of the same colour.
All defective products being returned to Ekisha.co.in shall be done only through registered airmail/courier.
All defective products ALONG WITH COPY OF INVOICE, ORIGINAL PACKING AND IN THE ORIGINAL CONDITION as sent to the customer, shall have to be sent back to Ekisha.co.in within 10 working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Ekisha.co.in.
Safe receipt of the defective product by Ekisha.co.in is the sole responsibility of the customer.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’.
Way to return the product to us:
We are unable to offer a return order pick up service at your location, and so customer will have to ship us the product at their expense. Also, customer will have to share the tracking slip via email to ekisha.commerce@gmail.com.
CANCELLATION
- We will be able to accept requests for order modification or cancellation only before your order is shipped or within 24 hours of order placement whichever is applicable, through email at ekisha.commerce@gmail.com.
- Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders after the shipment is dispatched for delivery.
REFUND
- We do not refund the amount when the product is returned, a coupon code is generated which the customer can use for future.
- Remember! At any point in time, the refunds will not exceed the actual value of the goods.
- Processing Charges (100/-) and Cash on the Delivery charge would not be included in the refund value of your order as these are non-refundable charges. Also 2% bank charges are not refunded.
- No refund for custom duties, bank deductions, shipping cost and taxes, if applicable.
